Anti-Smoking Facts – Listen to it and recapture some quality life
When looking at anti-smoking facts, it would look to the non smoker, that it must be incomprehensible that anyone should opt to carry on with the unsociable habit; but unfortunately, giving up is not that easy. If it were, then it is highly likely that the vast majority of people would give up immediately, because of the plenty negative effects it does.
Let us identify a few of the anti smoking facts that could lead to ill-health
• Smoking has been proved to induce serious dangerous health problems which includes: cancers of the lip, tounge, larynx, lungs; cardiac disease; brain damage; pneumonia and pulmonary TB.
• Smoking could also bring on persistent headaches; insomnia; asthma; neuralgia; stomach problems; arthritis; bronchitis; influenza and depression.
Let us identify a few of the unsociable or unpleasant anti-smoking facts
• Smoking discolours the teeth, fingers and in some cases, the hair; plus it can lead to bouts of depression, making an individual irritable and generally poor company.
• They develop a hacking cough that can be deeply frustrating and annoys friends, family, colleagues and associates.
• A smoker will typically have really halitosis together with a seamless tobacco smell from their clothing.
Additionally it is thought that heavy smokers have decreased sexual activities for one reason or another, it could be on account that their spouse is not really attracted to one, or most of the above anti-smoking facts. Also, blood flow is affected, meaning the hands and feet will always be cold, which again could well be something of a turn off.
Smokers are well known to take longer to heal from illnesses for example the common cold; in addition they systematically destroy the vitamin B and C in the body, requiring supplementary to be taken. Additionally they require longer sleep, however as already stated, they could get insomnia, so there lies a double problem.
Some smokers, after a while, lose much of their sense of taste and smell, so much of the enjoyment gained from the flavors within foods and nice aromas that come along with them, are completely missed. These are just a couple of the extensive list of anti-smoking facts which give great advanyage to quitting, but unfortunately theory is always simpler than practice.
