Confidence Building – You are great!
One very well known confidence building exercise is to make a list of your own strengths and natural abilities and by reviewing the list it can make you say "Wow, I really am GREAT!"
Another excellent way to work on building your confidence and getting to know how great you really are is to receive external feedback from those who know you best. your friends, work colleagues and people who you know for feedback on your strengths and natural abilities.
Now for the practical part of the assignment, print out this page, then make a list of 5 people who you know and trust for this exercise.
Make sure they are from different areas of your life, e.g. work, family and friends.

4. AN ASSOCIATE
5. A SOCIAL CONTACT
You might at this point be feeling a little nervous about asking the above people for some feedback.
But don't panic, because after all you will be asking them about your strengths only.
