An excellent way to boost your self confidence is to keep a daily confidence diary.
For business women and men or home workers, house husbands or house wives. This simple confidence development tool if used weekly will make you a more self confident person.
It is a very useful tool to help remind yourself just how good you really are and not forget what you have to be thankful for and pleased about in your life each and every day. Remember positive thoughts create positive actions which lead to success.
To complete your confidence diary you will need to purchase a day to view diary and then once a week for the next 30 days I'd like you to write down your answers to the following confidence building questions.
And don't give me any excuses like you haven't got the time to do this!
It should take less than 10 minutes per week, sit down and write down your thoughts on:
1. What have I got to be thankful for in my life right now?
2. What is going well that I am happy with in my life right now?
3. Why am I happy about the things that are going well?
4. What did I accomplish in the past 7 days?
5. What am I excited about in my life right now?
6. Who do I appreciate and love in my life right now? Who do I like hanging out with? Why?
7. Who appreciates and loves me for what I am? even my imperfections!
Answer these 7 key confidence questions at the beginning of each week and it will set you up for success.
If you need a midweek boost, then by all means answer them again whenever you want to feel centred and remind yourself of things you have got going for yourself in your life right now.
